Interview included three employees from three different positions asking thorough questions regarding skills sets and understanding relevant topics. (Ex. How would you define diversity?) Pretty typical process. Interview was less than an hour and within a day I received an email response.

Applied online on the Trillium Health website. After a few days, I did a phone interview with the HR representative. From there, it was a group interview with Trillium employees. The process took a little time, but I know all parties involved, myself included, wanted to be sure it was a good fit.
