Interview with recruiter, then interview with hiring manager and director, was a lengthy process. With the hiring team there were a couple of different calls, they appreciated me making time in an evening for an interview to accommodate the director who was based in the US. I believe the whole process was 5 or 6 stages.

They are under the impression their interview process is innovative. Its not. Its the same as all the other great pretenders. The modus operandi is to root out people who wont be yes men, (the diversity sucks) and eliminate the from the process. If you work this out early enough, you realise you just need to tow the line and appear as if you will do their bidding. When you get the job make sure you can keep up that bow your head subservience or else you'll be found out.
