Tribe Medical Group in Vancouver BC is an extremely unprofessional company when it comes to interviews/candidate recruitment. They ghosted me even after I sent two emails highlighting how important feedback is to me as a candidate that invested a lot of effort into the hiring process. I completed a behavioral test, recruiter interview, and delivered an in person clinical presentation to the entire team, and in return I only received only an auto decline for the job with no context or personal feedback. I send two emails within a months time requesting feedback highlighting how important this is for me especially because I took an entire day off work and a pay cut for the day to commute and present to the team. The slide deck I presented was a take home assignment that they assigned and took a week to prepare. They were quick and responsive throughout the hiring cycle, but when a decision is made to not pursue a candidate, they ghost them. After fulfilling a take home assignment, meeting the entire team, taking a full day off my current job, and delivering a clinical presentation, an email with personalized feedback is the bare minimum effort a company can fulfill to a candidate that invested hours of work. This company reveals their unprofessional culture through this unprofessional ghosting. I do not recommend working at Tribe Medical.
