Very good process. My role would be outsourced to NetApp (Client of Trianz)
There were 6 rounds in total. 3 with Trianz and 3 with NetApp (Client Place)
1) Telephonic Interview with Trianz - Delivery Head
2) HR round with Trianz.
3) Face to Face Interview with trianz Manager.
4) 1st Technical Interview in NetApp.
5) 2nd Technical Interview in NetApp.
6) Manager Round in NetApp.
Once NetApp provided positive feedback, I was called by Trianz HR to discuss on my expected salary. I was given more than what I requested. Hence accepted the offer immediately.

Interview process is smooth and hr actively works during recruiting process . Interview process is very simple and share the results immediately . For freshers it is more technical but for experienced they will see whether you have experienced on the technology or not

At last they will ask do u know aws or handson if said NO you are straight away rejected for the role all the questions and and which you gave in 1hour just get waisted

There was only 1 technical round when I joined which had no major technical questions. Might be hiring done in 2022 had no much hassle because companies were hiring in bulk.
