At first it was very good. Then they act like every other bad recruiter. No follow up. They dont respect the applicants time. At the end of the day, who wants to work for this company if that is how they treat applicants. If the company only knew how the recruiters treat applicants and these recruiters are not doing the company any favors on who they select to move on. Maybe the recruiters need to understand more about the roles they are screening for. What a sham.
