The people appear to be nice. I went through 3 rounds of interviews, with some running over 3 hours. Very detailed discussions about how I would change the 10k and other sec filings. Each interview required significant study and pre-work. They even asked for a writing example. I came in during my holiday break for the last one only to hear over 1 month later that they want to go another direction. Now I see that they are trying to hire for the same position again. They have been trying to hire for this position for 2 years now. Something says they are not serious about filling the role. If you cannot find someone qualified in the Bay Area you are not seriously trying to hire.
