Applied online - rec'd call from hiring manager - interviewed with (4) individuals in person an a phone interview with VP. Informal - behavior interviews - low stress. Lots of activity in office - everyone very nice, supportive of the process. No tests. Each interviewer emphasized job stress and heavy workload.
