there were two on site interviews, each of them took four hours.
The first time was skill test, mainly mathematics and perl programming language test;
The second time was meeting different people in the group.

my interview was long (4 hours) and detailed/intense.
Met 5 different people , 2 managers and 3 peers , 2 of which had written exam for me.
nothing scary, just long and detailed questions but all in all was good.
