Recruiter Screen, HM interview, Take home interview I got to the 2nd round but was declined after the take home. I was told the emphasis would be on my writing skill. I did spend a good amount of time on this assignment but was unable to clear this round. Good luck to anyone who goes through this process. It is unclear as to what they are looking for or why my take home was insufficient.
