Had a phone screening call where i was supposed to have a interview the developer team. I was ghosted from there. It was quite a bit unprofessional since i had to email them for an update.

Interview with the outgoing TA Director who seemed pretty disinterested and just going along with motions. Just had one interview and that was it. Department was pretty small about less than 3 people at time of interview.
