A recruiter reached out to me, asking to speak about a position. I requested a company name and JD. They gave me the company name but no JD or position name. I asked again for a JD. I was told it was for Sr Business Manager. They asked for info from me. I asked for a JD. They then said they would give it me later and asked me to explain my experience in field and asked for my prior salary amounts. I told them until I have a JD, I cannot dedicate any time to questions about a job I don't even know if I am interested in. She then said that they need to know my salary to evaluate my my value as an executive. I ended the communication there. Seemed very phishy.
