I had an HR Screen, followed by an interview with the manager, and then a 2 hour long panel interview made up of three 30 minute interviews with various team members. Communication was fairly quick throughout it all. I waited 10 days to hear back after the last interview. They sent me a rejection email after I followed up about the status of my application. I had 6 male interviewers in the process, and apparently the specific team I applied for only has one female employee. I question whether they are actually taking steps to increase the gender ratio on their team.
