The process started with a phone screen with a recruiter. It was basic, but they weren't able to answer my questions I had about the job. Next, was with the hiring manager, they were super nice and had good questions and were able to provide more information. The next round was 2 hours with four different people. Everyone was very nice and also asked good questions. I sent thank you emails to the recruiter after each round but never heard back. After the last round I waited over a week and then sent a follow up. Got a generic rejection email from a no-reply email address later that day which seems a bit impersonal after a 2 hour interview. That would seem more appropriate after the first or second round, in my opinion.

Process took close to 3 months. 1st round was initial phone screening with the recruiter (30 mins). 2nd round was a meeting with the hiring manager (30 mins). 3rd round was comprised of 3 separate interviews with 2/3 ppl each round (3 hours). I received a autogenerated rejection email that seemed pretty cold, especially after so much time interviewing and getting to know the company/team. I really enjoyed researching Trek and their team culture which made it suck even more getting an impersonal email. Trek seems like a great place to work but that email definitely left a bad impression for me.

After the application I was asked to record responses to two interview questions. Finally there was an interview with someone in the department via zoom with mostly basic questions and a couple of funky ones at the end.

I applied on their website and got an email from a recruiter 3 months later by then I forgot I even applied. I ended up talking to the recruiter she seemed nice and told me she would be there every step of the way. After that she set up my interview with the hiring manager and I thought I did well. After 2 weeks I decided to reach out but she ghosted me with no updates whatsoever. It’s horrible because any feedback helps.

Let down. Nice enough interviewer, but they didn't ask deep enough questions to get to know me and why I'm the best hire in the long run. They have a narrow definition of who can do the job and don't seem to understand that best people will grow with them.

Interviewed for multiple roles. Absolutely zero respect for your own time and schedule. Interviews were scheduled with no input on my own time. Interview with a Regional Manager was ridiculous. He couldn’t have seemed less engaged. Had to follow up multiple times or likely would have been ghosted, like many others. Had multiple interviews with numerous changes to my own schedule so l could accommodate times set up FOR me without regard to my own calendar. After accommodating short notice changes at the interviewer’s request, I was rejected via an automated email from unmonitored account. Months worth of conversation, correspondence and patience ended in a form letter.

Applied online and scheduled a 30 min phone screen with a recruiter 2 weeks later In general got a corporate vibe from them. They also don't publish salary info, which is not a good practice. The recruiter couldn't answer my questions about store environment or goals, and generally seemed like they wanted me to know that their job is to exploit me as much as possible, and me to exploit the retail workers as much as possible ~$60-70k range for working weekends and holidays at corporate bike? No thanks

After virtual screening with recruiter and hiring manager, the onsite interview was about 4 hours including a short tour. Very nice facility. Then sit in a conference room with multiple team member interviews.

Applied for the position and the interview with the recruiter was fun and lively. However, she mentioned that although she enjoyed chatting that she wold pass my resume on to next manager and see what he thinks. Honestly....what's the point of having a recruiter then? I didn't get to the next round which is weird because I have had a career in this exact position previously.
