First Round: Culture Fit interview with COO and another Developer Second Round: Take home assessment for web development skills. Took around 4-8 hours to complete task. Followed by a review of assessment with panel of developers
First a take home task and then the team lead will go over the submitted task with some technical questions related to the task Also some culture fit questions and personal questions Average difficulty

Entrevista
Emailed to setup a phone call. Once on the phone it was a very casual conversation. After the call I was told they would review with the team and get back to me. Took about two weeks to hear back. I was respectfully denied to move forward. Nice guy, seems like an awesome company. Will definitely apply again if the opportunity arises.
