My experience with the interview process was disappointing. Despite having 9 interviews, I was ultimately not selected for the position. Throughout the process, I had to endure 6 panel interviews where the questions were repetitive, which made me question the effectiveness of having so many interviewers. What's more frustrating is that the company knew my level of experience from the beginning, yet they still decided to continue with the lengthy interview process and not offer me the job. This not only wasted my time but also left a negative impression of the company's recruitment process.
