Went through three interviews over three months. After the last interview was ghosted with no response if I got the role or not. Tried several times to get a response. A poor reflection of the company's professionalism.

What do you think is the most important part of being a project manager?
Fairly straightforward interview process with HR. Wish HR had a little more knowledge on the specifics of the role to answer my questions. Overall, fairly typical. Interview questions were aligned to the job description.
