2 stage interview process: Technical telephone interview (45 min) Technical and competency based interview with 15 mins presentation + Q&A (1hr) Overall quite intense, presentation was on an unfamiliar topic and I had only a weekend's prep for it.

Phone interview followed by assessment day with others applying for the same roles. On the day a series of tasks, additional interviews and a had to do a presentation on a topic related to the industry Trayport operates in. The staff conducting the interviews were friendly and welcoming and were keen to answer questions and highlight what made the company a good place to work.
