The interview consisted of different types of questions, completely unrelated to the role applied for. Minimum was expected on the job spec but more questions were asked in the interview.
It contained a skills test which contained programming and some other IQ questions. This part was pretty easy and the interview was cordial but for some reason did not work out.

Fast apply and interview process, took about 2 weeks but that is the only pro. Process was initial check, 2nd talk with senior, Hackerrank test, in person (almost 3 hours) interview. Final interview was fine for the first half but the 2nd half required code reviewing using a sheet of paper, interview continued without breaks and some questions were not asked well.

Three stage interview. First with principal dev. Keen on multithreading experience. Online coding test with two hour time limit on hacker rank. The test isn’t difficult but a bit wierd coding on hacker rank. Final stage is another technical interview.
