I applied on the Travelers website and completed an online assessment. The recruiter reached out to by email the same day to set up a phone screen. I then moved to the next phase a week later which was a Zoom interview with 2 hiring managers. Directly after the interview, which ran about 45 minutes to an hour, I met on Zoom with the director of the department for about 10-15 minutes, very casual conversation. I was offered the position about a week after that.
