Very easy, basic questions, two meetings, very nice people, one short presentation and one or two trial calls, you get almost instant feedback, the time between first contact - two interviews - signing the contract was one week
Six steps of recruitment, a reference check, a couple of phone calls with the managers and recruiters. Overall quite a long process, so prepare quite some time until you decide to quit your previous job.

first interview over the phone, basic questions about your cv and motivation - then I had to do a case study, not hard my you have to know the competitors and understand what travelbird does. then there are some other skype interview and finally a trip to amsterdam for the last session (self presentation and lunch with the team)
