The process took 2 weeks and included a phone screen interview, an on-site one and an assignment. The phone screen was a standard HR interview. The on-site interview was a friendly discussion along with an algorithmic exercise. Then, there was a take-home assignment (due in a week) in which you had to develop something related to the position. I invested two days due to lack of time, so there was no offer.

Initially it was a screening call. Then a technical interview with a couple of members of the team. Then I had to complete a take-home assignment. Finally a system design interview with the Head of Engineering. Interviews were very smooth and professional and the team members were very friendly. They never replied after the 3rd interview.
