It was terrible, no feedback and ghosting. After going through 2 stages of interviews they told me they'd like to proceed and I finished take-home assignment and was waiting for the response. The task was time-consuming and I feel like I did well. They rejected me, so I thanked them for the process and asked for a feedback (they didn't provide ANY). I emailed them in 5 more instances asking for a feedback and haven't received a single response.

I was referred by an employee, very poor communication, I received response after ~1 month to invitation for an interview.
I had meeting with HR manager and Tech Team Lead.
Regular questions about my experience, technical questions and some personality related questions, few of them was mind blowing, like:
Why Should we hire you?
Why Shouldn't We Hire You?
What is leadership?
They are not searching for Developers, they are searching for interview performers and "personality"
