A Video Call with the Director of Compliance and one of the Managers. Only one call was enough to make decision. All went smoothly, no stress, great atmosphere. Regular set of questions, position related. No dumb questions like "your strengths and weaknesses".

It was great, Had a chance to talk with a professionals of the field, it was pretty fast, informative. Good vibes, had 3 calls, first with HR she was lovely, then with AML manager and the last one with the heads of AML.

Phone call and 2 One to one meetintgs. All of it was great, everything was clear, informative. I really enjoyed all 3 Steps of the the interview process.
