It is a start up company, so I understand things move at a slower pace, but the length of the interview process was a little ridiculous. It took a month to finally get to the third interview. The first interview is a set of questions that you record on the computer and submit. Then, you get a more official interview over zoom with the recruiter. They ask you to take a "personality test" which takes a good hour. Once you do all that, then you interview with a manager. I thought it went well but after 2 weeks of not hearing ANYTHING back, I finally emailed them, and they sent some generic response about me not getting the job. No reason stated. I also had to submit two articles of work. Tired of doing interviews that ask you to do homework for free. Anyway, the company's product seems great, but it is a start up so good luck!
