Everything was nice in the beginning, it was a call centre in founding, thery had to find as many people as possible in a short peroid of time. The time to think was about two weeks. They promised us paid holidays of the country we worked for, but later they cheated us on this and deducted those days from out vacation days. Hygienic conditions grew to be awful with the new teams expanding rapidly, and all our compaints were simply not heard.

the hiring process is slight difficult. there is an online examination, three interviews and call listening the first process was personal information interview, second was online examination, next was interview after passing the exam and finally interview with the senior operation manager which ask the question to each of us was WHY TRANSCOM?
