I had three separate interviews scheduled with a recruiter using the calendar link they provided after reaching out to set up a preliminary video interview. Each time, the recruiter did not show up, despite confirmed bookings. After the first missed call, I followed up and was encouraged to reschedule, which I did twice more. Unfortunately, the same issue happened again, with no acknowledgment or explanation after the final no-show. This was especially frustrating after also taking the time to complete written interview questions via email. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and showed a lack of respect for candidates’ time.
