I submitted a pre-recorded video interview and then later had two interviews back-to-back with two groups of interviewers.
The pre-recorded video interview was easy. It asked basic interview questions like "What is your greatest strength" and others of that nature.
My second round was a series of two live video calls with two groups of interviewers. The job I applied to was advertised as an entry-level job, but they still asked a lot of questions about my background and data experience. In the interview I got the feeling that they were looking for someone with more advanced skills despite the job being "entry level". I was informed later that week that my candidacy was rejected.

Entrevista
Phone interview. Briefly described the position and what kind of experience they were looking for. Interested in information and awards listed on resume (know your resume well). Asked about experience from previous employment and day to day responsibilities. They were interested in how my background and experience applied to the role I was applying for. I probably should have looked more deeply into the actual duties of the role. They were quick to respond with information and prompt with the results of the interview process.

Entrevista
The recruiter who I originally spoke with and communicated with was excellent and easy to work with. After an on-site interview with four different people, it was complete silence which was incredibly frustrating. No email or call back after several attempts to connect with both recruiter and hiring manager. I am more disappointed in the serious lack of communication than in the fact that I did not get an offer. After multiple meetings and interactions, a candidate deserves at least an automated email message notifying them of the decline.
