Entrevista
I applied back in December when I was informed of the position by a faulty member of my university.
There was one phone interview that lasted 1 hour with three interviewers asking different questions including personal, professional, and technical questions.
Following that, about 3 weeks later I was invited for an on-site interview. It was about 1-2hrs with three rounds of interviewers from various positions asking questions. They were more interested in learning about you and what you've done rather than if you "have the right answers". There was some white boarding questions going over SQL and some basic programming logic, pseudo code is fine. I had some time to meet with one of the leadership as well before finishing up.
I was told I should expect at least a month until I would know for sure. Their deadlines to get back to me kept getting pushed back. I don't blame the hiring manager for this as it seems like HR was the one being slow. Finally, three months after the onsite interview, I got an offer from HR.
The time it took for them to get back to me is preventing me from considering this a positive experience.
