First step was answering 5 questions on email related to company values. Second step was a phone interview. Third step would be person interviews. I didn't make it past the second step - I think they wnted someone with a little more experience. I saw that they changed the title to Director of HR. The interviewer was extremely informative, nice and seemed passionate about the company. Sounds like they are going through some changes.
