Interview based on STAR process (Situation, Task, Action, Results). Full day of interviews including a 30 minute presentation to a large audience. Included meeting with Vice Presidents and with potential direct reports.

Interview was well organized. Mostly behavioral. Got ghosted after multiple rounds. Basic decency to respond to candidates that spend time and money to travel and interview multiple rounds. Weird, up until the last step the whole process was smooth and well organized
