First initial screening with HR recruiter and he arranged a 60-minute virtual panel interview a week after. There were 3 people asking questions in turn. It was very intense. It was different than traditional interview and they ask you to answer the questions with STAR method. Even though I believe I answered all the questions satisfactory I didn`t get the job.

Mostly they gave an example situation and asked what was the situation you faced and how did you manage it type of questions,
