Unfortunately, the interview process was a complete waste of time. I had what I believed to be a very good interview with the hiring manager. I was then instructed to wait two weeks for a panel interview. During this panel interview I came to the realization that this company was not what I was looking for nor was I who they were looking for. I received a strange follow-up call two days later. I would hesitate to look into this company seriously. The Eastern TN team seems to be inept at interviewing, and truthfully I did not seem confident in working for such a team. This may be why I had a change in tune midway through the panel interview. I would research the company thoroughly and proceed with caution.
