I had got an interview by attending the career fair at my college. The next day I had an on campus interview with a sales manager and a representative from hr. The interview process was roughly 45 minutes and asked many questions relating to sales and human interaction. Both interviewers were great and very easy to talk to.

Hirevue online, then a casual 30 minute teams call with a sales manager and then a more formal hour long panel interview with four of the sales managers where they each asked a question and you are to answer in the STAR format.

This is followed by two separate calls that are more in-depth and focused on discussing the company’s work processes, getting acquainted with the team, and evaluating the candidate’s cultural fit within the organization.
