Applied through a job board, got contacted within a couple weeks for a first round phone interview which was mostly all behavioral. Afterwards I got invited to an on-site interview which started off with a basic excel test followed by more behavioral questions.

I applied to Trane through my college placement drive. Only a few students were shortlisted for interviews — some faced technical questions while others were asked only HR-related questions. Surprisingly, only the candidates who had HR rounds were selected, which made the process feel inconsistent and not a fair evaluation of everyone’s skills. The experience could have been more transparent and balanced

Star Method interview style. Very easy process and quick response from the employer. Only 1-2 rounds before the job offer. The questions are not surprising and can be easily practiced beforehand.
