Overall Nice experience. Pre placemet talk, technical and HR round. They won't consider communication and aptitude skill also. If you are good in technical skills, you will get selected. Be sure to mention what you exactly know, in your resume. Most of the questions are related to programming.

I applied to Trane through my college placement drive. Only a few students were shortlisted for interviews — some faced technical questions while others were asked only HR-related questions. Surprisingly, only the candidates who had HR rounds were selected, which made the process feel inconsistent and not a fair evaluation of everyone’s skills. The experience could have been more transparent and balanced
