The interview had a two day process. The first day was just an overview of the company, where you got the chance to talk with past employees about their experiences and what they thought of the job. A tip for this part is to not be afraid to order a beer when talking with the employees over dinner because it shows confidence.
On the second day there were two types of interview. The first was a self presentation where we were told to "brag" about our past accomplishments and the second interview was your standard interview where they fired questions.

Hirevue online, then a casual 30 minute teams call with a sales manager and then a more formal hour long panel interview with four of the sales managers where they each asked a question and you are to answer in the STAR format.

The recruitment process begins with an initial video interview, which serves as a preliminary screening of the candidate’s basic qualifications and suitability for the role. This is followed by two separate calls that are more in-depth and focused on discussing the company’s work processes, getting acquainted with the team, and evaluating the candidate’s cultural fit within the organization.
