It pretty straightforward. I didn't have to wait to long for a response. I initially had a phone interview which I definitely aced. The HR was friendly and straight-forward. I was told that they would call me in to schedule me for an in-person in person interview... with people from my department. I personally thought I answered the questions sufficiently and backed up certain questions by providing examples. They showed interest me at least I thought. My interview went overtime. I thought I did well. Afterwards I had to do a skills assesstment which consisted of editing a resume (as part the proposal process) and working on a simple budget that had instructions. I was a bit taken aback when I heard the news. Trying to see if I can figure out where I went wrong. The interviewers were nice and cordial. They asked for the most part appropriate questions. One or two were curveballs, I realized were asked out of the "blue" that I didn't expect.
