Applied mid Dec 2025 for Head of Sales Ops. I received an email about setting up an interview. Interview was set and I was emailed the video dial in for an initial interview with HR. I attended the video interview and no one attended and left me on the interview. I contacted them on the side as I was waiting but no one replied. After 30 mins I left. I then contacted HR general email rather than the person who organised the interview. I got a reply from the same person to set up an interview again. I replied about letting me know a date and time and no one replied. I have tried twice since and just been ghosted. Awful HR and company process to treat candidates like this. In fact if I had checked Glassdoor I would have seen other people being treated the same. A poor reflection on Trading Technologies, their HR and their CEO. I can only guess how they treat customers.
