Interviewed over 5 times with different levels for an internship, sometimes multiple interviews a week just to be ghosted without explanation. My last interview was with someone more senior. He took the call from the car while running errands and barely listened or engaged. Just disrespectful.

Entrevista
A phone call by recruiter before to see if you would fit in and then a offer to come on Superday. Superday was one day where you get to do group assessment, individual interviews, and then meet some employees. It wasn't difficult, but it's hard to know if you would like it there since everyone who is invited are there for different positions, but unclear on which positions are open. But useful to make connections with others.
