The recruitment process was initially set to 3 phases, all remote using Skype. First one with the HR, second was a technical test, and third was a technical call.
The HR was really slow to give feedback. I received a very low offer as compared to the market and to my initial expectations, and she was not open to negotiation at all.
Then after I accepted the offer, she asked me to have a final interview with the CEO, and couldn't do so for a whole week as his agenda was busy. She finally came back to me and mentioned there was a mistake in the offer, and had to decrease it by 7.69% (!!!!!!) and I can sign right now without any other interview.
A friend of mine who was working there confirmed they did the same to him, along with other 'tricks'. I am sure I am not the only one who had endured this.
