I was contacted via TradeStations recruiting team for a first round interview. I was rescheduled multiple times and then immediately ghosted without meeting anyone. This was after sending my schedule twice & sending two follow up emails within a month span. This is blatant unprofessionalism from a company who considers themselves a large player in the Financial Markets.
