The process was very disjointed. HR director was great, but the follow-up from senior management was poor. Requests for the next interview call was same day. Senior person rushed the call immediately, giving me the sense that this was not a focus for him.

This is where it was very concerning. The questions were very vague from the senior contact. Could not answer my questions very well. Told me that I was a fit for the job and then came back with feedback that was completely different than what was communicated. I would pass on these guys as it seems they are still trying to figure a lot of things out..
