I was invited to interview for a Senior Full Stack Engineer role, with the initial call scheduled with Catherine, a recruiter from the company. Unfortunately, on the day of the meeting, no one joined the call, and I waited for 15 minutes without any communication. I attempted to follow up via call and message at the time, and again a few days later, but received no response. This lack of communication was disappointing, especially as I had high expectations for the company. This experience felt disrespectful toward potential employees, and I hope the company takes steps to improve and streamline their recruitment process in the future.
