Sent in a resume, heard back within 10 minutes from them. Had a 30 minute phone interview a few days later.
I was asked a lot of questions about pair programming and TDD. They seemed to be very team-oriented. Interviewer was very fast-paced and seemed to be on a script.

Entrevista
Applied online, heard back a few days later for a phone screen. I have a very strong background in their technical stack, but it seems they were particularly focused on the ability to recite all of the design patterns and talk about all of the Martin Fowler books I read 7 years ago.
Furthermore, the salary for the job was like $75k - $95k for a senior position... good luck finding that level of talent for peanuts.
