The interview process was alright. Andy Edafiogho called to ask a little about my job experiences he then set up an in-person interview at the Laurel location. When I got there I waited for 15 mins then Andy came down to take me in the interview room he asked me some questions then I waited for about 15 mins again and the Branch Manager and the Assistant Manager at the Laurel location came in to do the interview (mind you the location I applied for was in Clarksville) they were honestly all over the place with their questioners. The Branch Manager asked what would I do if an employee doesn't want to go to work? The interview took place Monday afternoon and Andy informed me that he will follow up with me on Wednesday or Thursday well let's just say he did not do that and it took him awhile to respond to me after I emailed him twice. Only to tell me that the position has been filled. Really not good at communicating and the interview questions could be a lot better. I've been in Management position a few times. I've been in Banking field since 2007 I've also been a Branch Manager. But I did not get the position.
