Proceed with caution when interviewing with Touchplan - They have no respect for your time. Originally, I was supposed to interview for the Customer Success Associate position - On the initial call, the hiring manager informed me that I was overqualified for the position and should put my name in the hat for the Customer Success Manager position. With that being said, they were nearing the end of the search process for the CSM position and needed to squeeze me in ASAP in order to consider me. Since my background and future ambitions closely aligned with Touchplan's, I definitely wanted to interview for the CSM position. I had to rearrange quite a bit in order to squeeze in the two hour interview process the next day - Part of the interview process was onboarding and implementing a product of your choosing to the hiring team, a roughly 15 minute presentation. Upon completing the interview, the hiring manager informed me they would be making their decision by the end of the week and that I should hear back one way or another. One week goes by, I reach out to the recruiter, no response. I reach out to the hiring manager, no response. Another week goes by, I reach out, no response from the recruiter or hiring manager. So, as mentioned before, proceed with caution. Touchplan clearly doesn't respect peoples time. I should've probably taken into account their headcount is down 35% over the past six months as a sign (see Linkedin for reference). Still no correspondence from them after three weeks...
