I got an automated email invite to a HR management software. No details on the nature of the interview, just saying to set aside the time (about 30 minutes). The objective was to record answers to questions on the spot as my interview. It felt a little awkward and not personable.
I met my contact through a prior work experience - we mostly had fit interviews followed by an extensive case study exercise. They value your level of follow up and interaction before, during, and after the interview process.

I went through 5 interview rounds with Touchdown and talked to both associates and partners on the team.
The whole interview process was very well organized and I was always kept aware of the status of my application, potential next steps, and timelines.
Everyone at the firm was brilliant, but also accessible. I go to visit the Touchdown office in Philadelphia and met with the whole team, including the founding partners.
I would highly recommend the Touchdown associate program for analysts and associates who are looking to grow within a VC firm. While it did not work out this time, I still very much look forward to working with the team at some point in my career.
