Aptitude tests and personality test which were relativity easy. Then next stage, HR calls you and schedules an interview with senior HR. First round of interview process was straightforward but null. General questions regarding candidate and motivations.
3 entretiens à passer. Le premier est une vidéo conférence avec la RH, le deuxieme un case study individuel et le troisième un case study group dans les bureaux de Geneve

Entrevista
I was invited for an in-person interview, which included the recruiter and the department manager. The HR questions were straightforward and made sense. However, the manager presented a PowerPoint and asked some technical questions related to gas wells, which were not directly connected to my background.
