The entire process (HR, Line, Psychologist) took almost the whole day, with breaks in between each session. The HR asked your typical questions on salary, working in a diverse environment, working with difficult colleagues. The psychologist had both computer and written personality tests and a tell all session.The line managers asked typical geology questions (pore pressure, mud and blow pot prevention, etc)
