They called to set up an interview and wanted to do it the next day or day after. They didn't ask any questions over the phone, which I thought was odd. When I got to the interview they asked only two questions, both of which should have been asked in a phone screen. The entire process took less than five minutes, which was unfortunate because it took me twenty minutes just to drive there.
